Innovation in Healthcare

2. To reduce medication errors in post-operative patients in the Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) from baseline of 15-20 per 1000 patients, to < 5 per 1000 patients within 6 months
3. Mobile Hearing Booth to reduce false positives for Level 1 Functional Screening
