Agatha acquired the position of Assistant Nurse Clinician at 24Hr Accident & Emergency Department, Raffles Hospital in 2020. 

Upon appointed as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse at National University Hospital (NUH) in 2013, she completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. Soon after, she obtained certificate in Trauma Assessment Course and Advanced Emergency Nursing Course at NUH in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Motivated by her passion in nursing, she furthered her studies and obtained Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2020.

She was offered the position of Clinical Educator at Raffles Hospital in 2019, to be a part of Nursing Education Team. In the same year, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Accreditation Program Credentials Evaluation has determined that her nusring education background is comparable to a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing in the United and approved her application to be a Nurse Planner where Raffles Hospital was awarded as ANCC Provider. 

She later switched to the 24-Hr Accident & Emergency Department in Raffles Hospital as an Assistant Nurse Clinician in 2020 to enhance her carrer in emergency nursing. She is honoured to be a nominated member of the Central Region (Singapore) Trauma Committee in 2021 to facilitate the development of comprehensive trauma care delivery in the Sentral Region of Singapore.
