NHG Cares Membership is a benefits and rewards program for residents living in Central and North Singapore who have enrolled in Healthier SG with a National Healthcare Group (NHG) GP Partner or a NHG Polyclinic.

You need to be a resident of Central and North Singapore and enrol in Healthier SG via HealthHub with NHG Polyclinics (NHGP) or your NHG GP partners who are part of the Healthier SG initiative.

You will automatically become a NHG Cares member once your Healthier SG enrolment is successful. You will be informed of your membership via mail from NHG Cares.

Central and North Singapore includes Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Geylang, Hougang, Kallang, Novena, Sembawang, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Woodlands and Yishun estates.

Members will enjoy a suite of discounts and offers from participating merchant partners, and have access to telehealth services provided by qualified nurses via the hotline number 63331000. Down the line, members will be able to participate in the rewards programme to redeem vouchers and products.

NHG Cares Membership is free for residents of Central and North Singapore who have enrolled in the Healthier SG programme.

There is no expiry to your NHG Cares Membership.

You can access your NHG Cares membership via the NHG Cares App, available for download on Apple store and Play store.

There will be discounts and offers from participating merchant partners in F&B, Health-related products and services, Insurance, Exercise and Sports products, Pharmacies, Telecommunications, and many others.

NHG does not earn any commissions or referral fees from our merchant partners. The discounts and promotions are directly offered by the merchant partners taking part in the NHG Cares membership benefits programme, and members are encouraged to engage with the merchants regarding the discounts and offers.

NHG Cares member’s personal details will not be shared with NHG Cares Membership’s participating merchant partners. However, some merchants may require you to submit some personal information when you make purchases from them. We advise our members to exercise caution when sharing personal details with participating merchant partners. We will not assume any responsibility for the information shared between our members and merchants.
